Resonance Perfumery offers a range of natural perfumes, incense, and hydrosols. Due to the personal and sensitive nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for the following situations:
Defective or Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.
Incorrect Item Received: If you receive a product that differs from what you ordered, you are eligible for a return or exchange.
2.2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, we do not accept returns for the following:
Opened or Used Perfumes or Hydrosols: Any perfumes that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Personalized or Custom Perfumes: Any perfume that has been customized according to your specifications.
3. Return Process
3.1. Initiating a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Customer Support: Email us at allie@resonanceperfumery.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos of the product if it is defective or damaged.
Wait for Approval: Our customer support team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
Return the Product: Ship the product back to us in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect.
3.2. Return Address will be provided once you reach out to customer service.
4. Refund Process
4.1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued for products that meet our return eligibility criteria. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Defective or Damaged Products: You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs.
Incorrect Item Received: You will receive a full refund or an exchange, including the original shipping costs.
Change of Mind or Non-Eligible Returns: We do not offer refunds for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

We do not offer direct exchanges for products. If you wish to exchange a product, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.

Incorrect Item Received: We will cover the cost of return shipping.
All Other Returns: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
